Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFO:

We offer a flat rate of $6.50 for shipping New Zealand wide or next day delivery in Dunedin.

For orders over $80, shipping is free. 

All our products ship from Dunedin, New Zealand.

If you are based in Dunedin, please email us at hi@heiress.store after you have placed your order with details of where we can safely leave your package. 

We currently don't ship outside of New Zealand.

Order processing:

We know how it is when you’ve bought something online and you just want it now. We aim to dispatch all purchases within 24 hours of receiving an order. Please allow an additional 48 hours for shipping notification if you’ve ordered on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

If you have placed a local delivery order in Dunedin, you will receive an email notification when it has been delivered. 

If you’re worried that your order is taking too long to reach you, please check your tracking details in the first instance and drop us a line at hi@heiress.store.
